Out and Proud!

The first ever Doing It Wrong conference was recently held in the UK and attended by many well known UK technical and cave divers. The event, appropriately held in the bar of the Coventry Hilton was initiated by Dive Girl magazine. Louise, from the magazine, commented: 'It was nice to see so many people important divers willing to declare that they were not doing it right. In fact they are Doing It Wrong.'

Amongst the numerous cave and technical divers coming out as strokes (and pictured here) are:
Tom Mount (CEO IANTD), Kevin Gurr (Director of IANTD UK), Rick Stanton (CDG, record breaking cave explorer and Wakulla2 diver)*

The Stroke T-Shirt will be available for online ordering shortly, via the Dive Girl Web site (discounts given to WKPP members).

*Note to WKPP readers. Rick Stanton's record breaking cave dives refer to the multiple sump dives made by him and his buddy Jason Mallinson in the Emergence De Rouselle, France, during the last two years. (Although as active cave divers who are concerned with records you would, of course, have been aware of this).
